FMGE (MCI) Result analysis and brief to upcoming Indian Medical Students 2022 onwards.

Yesterday FMGE 2021 December result announced with grace of success. On 12 December 2021 thousands of Medical graduates from foreign country appeared in mandator Clinical practice exam known as FMGE in India. Detailed subjective analysis of this exam I am talking in next blog ,here we will focus on results only.
Total FMG registered in 2021 Dec exam - 23,691. Medical Aspirants appeared in Exam were 23,349 . Passed : 5,665 (Passing Rate : 24.5%) ,Fail : 17,607, withheld status : 77.
No Doubt Passing rate is increasing every year in MCI/FMGE exam or we can say govt decision that only NEET-UG qualify student can go abroad is effective .
As per my view Exam was up to the level it was not hard as we expected so no doubt passing rate is high. Failure is due to lapses in preparation and silly mistakes. Overall paper was moderate and some questions were easy but the options were tricky although Image Based Questions were Direct Image snapshot from Books, PSM was bit out of track as expected , Ophthalmology got some huge weightage ,Surgery& Internal Medicine Questions as always were more in number at moderate level.

Why students fail in Exam ?
There are 3 most effective reason
Lack of Guidance since beginning of there MBBS in abroad.
Late preparation start like last one or two month.
University / country selected is not good so that student completely lost his/her study habit in MBBS journey.
I strongly agree with those students view who says I could have get Higher marks but their university do not provide any platform to practice or peer previous year FMGE exam tips etc Or you didnt get enough time to self study. But if you have used your time in hospital routine or OSCE / sem Finals as per my observation its definitely going to help in in field with real patient and Doctors .
Finally as i say right now i don't have any right to comment over my seniors day night efforts ,if unknowingly here my blog contain any false information or it hurts someone's perspective towards FMGE exam ,my apologies for him /her.
